2/ Prices

 

All prices include 21% VAT, which will be charged on all orders. Ordinary postage is also included.

 

Part of the money from the letter purchased through this website goes as a donation to Fundación Curarte, nonprofit organization that aims to improve the quality of life of hospitalized children.


3/ Payment & Paypal
 

www.flysantaclaus.com has chosen to use Paypal, the most popular and secure payment system on the Internet. With Paypal you can use the majority of normal credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and others.


In addition, if you prefer, you can use your bank account to make a payment through an online transfer.


Please note that you do not have to be a current PayPal member in order to use the service to pay for your order. (PayPal membership is free and can optionally be set up during your payment)

 


4/ Orders and Delivery


We deliver worldwide.


 

We strongly recommend that your order is placed no later than 14th December if you live in the EU (European Union). If you wish to order after this date there is the additional option of ordering up to 17th December, but in order to guarantee that the letter will arrive before Christmas Eve it is necessary to choose the postage option “urgent”

 

If you live outside the EU, the last day for normal orders will be the 10th December. .

 

 

5/ Returns and guarantee


We offer a 20 day money back policy.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products or services simply let us know.

 

You can return our merchandise for a full refund within 20 days of the date that you received it as long as it is in perfect condition and returned with all its original packaging, undamaged, and with no additions or changes.

 

First, please contact us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with our delivery instructions. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. After receipt of the defective Product, SOLNET will repair or replace the Product or issue a refund.
